Pam Drennan – Founder
MA, MS, LPC, Licensed LPC Supervisor
“The Kingdom of God is righteousness, peace, and joy in the spirit”, but this reality often escapes our daily experience.
Whether we struggle with addictions, the aftermath of childhood abuse, a painful marriage, or simply find ourselves leading a dull, lifeless existence, we are not experiencing the aliveness Christ intended.
Pam assists her clients, helping them see and remove the obstacles that hinder movement into their God-given identity and purpose. She facilitates insight, growth, and healing. This often leads to the client formulating new life goals, discovering new possibilities, and growing into new perspectives that are uniquely theirs.
For over 25 years, she has facilitated groups and counseled numerous individuals and couples in the context of a professional counseling venue. For several years, she taught psychology and sociology as an adjunct faculty member with Dallas Baptist University. Currently, Pam staffs various schools with the University of the Nations. She also dedicates a significant portion of her time in missions work through Youth With A Mission.
Prior to her seminary studies, she directed the Women's Ministries for AIM (Alternative Identification Ministries), an organization dedicated to helping men and women resolve conflicts in the areas of gender identity and sexual attraction. After seminary, she worked as the Outreach Counselor with the Marble Falls Family Crisis Center where she helped those caught in the cycle of domestic violence. As a staff counselor with Incest Recovery Association, she facilitated numerous groups and worked with individuals recovering from the aftermath of childhood sexual abuse.
Pam is licensed in the State of Texas to supervise Master's level counseling interns working toward their state licensing requirements and to conduct training classes for the professional counseling community.
Pam received her Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Grace Theological Seminary under the direction of Doctors Larry Crabb and Dan Allender. She received her Master of Science in Psychological Sciences from The University of Texas, Dallas.
Those who know Pam say that she is a compassionate, wise listener who is genuinely able to facilitate healing, health and wholeness. She understands all of this comes about through an organic relationship with Jesus and His followers.
